Camp Associate
Position Summary
Camp Associates are essential members of the Emmanuel Pines Camp team, helping create a safe, welcoming, and Christ-centered experience for guests, groups, and fellow staff. This role is ideal for flexible, service-minded individuals who enjoy working as part of a team and serving in a variety of settings across camp.
Camp Associates serve in multiple areas of camp operations and may rotate between responsibilities based on daily needs, training, and individual strengths.
Areas of Service
Camp Associates are cross-trained and may be scheduled in one or more of the following areas:
🍽 Kitchen Support
– Assist with meal preparation, serving, and clean-up
– Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
🧹 Accommodations
– Clean and prepare cabins, bathrooms, and guest spaces
– Support housekeeping and deep-cleaning projects
🔧 Maintenance / Engineering
– Assist with general maintenance and facility upkeep
– Support special projects and grounds care
🤝 Guest Services – Camp Host
– Welcome guests and provide on-site assistance
– Support guest flow, wayfinding, and hospitality needs
🏞 Activities / Guest Services
– Lead or assist guided hikes
– Support low ropes activities (training provided)
– Set up, monitor, and take down water slides and activity areas
– Help ensure guest safety and positive experiences
